Who doesn’t want fast results? The reason why people opt for fast foods more than restaurants or even their own cooking is because fast food is served in less than 5 minutes. They would tell people that they will eat healthy when they purchase the item but the truth is you will not. It is their way of fooling consumers and getting profit. You will just bloat because even if they have removed the fat, it is still full of sugar content.
