Millions of smart business owners owe their success to the Internet, and the recent increase in fitness awareness has created a MASSIVE marketplace for health products and services. Are you ready to take your love for fitness and turn it into a profit and a sea of satisfied customers? Keep reading to find out more.

Like a good workout, creating your fitness empire on the internet requires focus. Specifically, there are three areas you need to really hammer out before you start selling. Get your webpage ready, get your business ready, and find some customer.

GET YOUR BUSINESS READY

Before focusing on the Internet, take a step back to analyze what you and your business is made of. Being a personal trainer requires dedication to schedules and customers, so make sure that you have the time and resources available to start up your business. The web makes marketing cheap, but there is overhead involved in starting any business which won’t be paid until your clients starts paying, so be ready!

Get your business ready by creating training and product service schedules. For example, you may want to create a monthly regimen of strength training and cellular nutrition products and sell it to customers as the “muscle enhancing treatment package”. Focus on making your services easy and marketable!

GET YOUR WEBPAGE READY

Before making your webpage, I recommend using a Word Press Blog, you need to realize that you will be competing with MILLIONS of other webpages for market share in the fitness industry. That means that you need to develop your blog as well as you train your customers!
Surf the web for other trainers’ websites and get a feel for the level of design and technology that their pages display and get that design on your page.

Next, make sure that all your ducks are in line when it comes to hosting. There is nothing more frustrating than finding out that your webpage has gone offline for twenty hours. That’s a lot of time without customers!

FIND A CUSTOMER BASE

The last focus when starting your online fitness business is to find a customer base to make sales. Luckily, the web and search engines have created a great way to get started marketing to your clients without forking over a lot of cash.

It’s called search engine optimization, or SEO for short.
You find an SEO expert to analyze the content of your page and assemble it in the right format. Then, search engines will list your site on their results pages when your customers look for the terms you target such as “personal trainer Miami” or “fitness products online”.

Keep in mind that SEO is absolutely killer when trying to compete in today’s Internet market, so don’t be cheap. More prospects turn into more cash and SEO will draw more and more people to your site. So make sure that your website has been handled by an guru!

Speaking of gurus, if you want to really start your internet fitness empire, I’d like to offer my help! Join my free 7-day personal trainer bootcamp and learn how to start generating profit with something that you love!
