The Wii Sports Resort includes multiple games. One of the games is archery. While that may seem very simple, a basic aim and shoot, they have actually made it a bit more difficult by making the target a moving one. It also includes a sword fighting game.

The Sports Resort game uses it very own controller so that when you are doing things like playing archery you actually have to draw back the arrow and release it like you would in real life.

Another thing you can get to go with the Nintendo Wii is the Wii Fit. This is a great way to do low impact exercises that range from aerobics (playing hula-hoop) to strengthen and toning your muscles (Pilates and yoga). It is almost like having a personal trainer right in your own living room.

Unlike regular exercise that tends to be boring and tedious, when you use the Wii Fit you actually get to play games and practice to get better. You can even turn it into a friendly competition because you are able to compete for the high score with friends and family even if you use them at different times of the day.

If you use it in the morning, a family member can use it at night and see what you high score was for the day and try to beat it. It just makes it more fun to exercise when you get to play at the same time.
