You may think that all you really needed to know about bunk beds, you learned by kindergarten. After all, they are tall, stacked beds that are supported by four posts. Occupants are normally under twenty-one and sleep alone or with a partner-their teddy bear. If you need to locate a bunk bed, look for the nearest kids room. It is the one with all the bright primary colors.

That is amazing. You have learned your lesson well and know most of the information about bunk beds, but do you know the reasons they are so popular? Why do we choose to use beds that are in stacks?

Here are three reasons that explain the popularity of bunk beds.

The first reason for their popularity is girls. Girls need space but they sometimes have to share a room. If two girls share a space their stuff does not add together, it multiplies, by a factor of ten.
