When selecting a company ask to be introduced to the staff and see the type of people you would be allowing into your home. Ensure the barmen are educated with respect to mixing drinks and is a pleasant personality.

Equipment- Having a company that will be able to manage your event and ensure a pleasant dinner is served is vital. From cutlery to their uniforms ask to inspect their inventory or even a presentation if possible. Having ten strangers helping at your private party is great but having thirty people over for supper and there’s a shortage in knives is embarrassing. It is your responsibility to ensure the company you may hire has the equipment to meet the requirements of the party you intend to host.
