Holding a large private party is not as easy as it once was. The hassles of looking good, serving drinks and feeding thirty people is a work load not many can cope with. This presents two problems, first should the party be held at home and second how does one go about planning the event. The truth is with so many companies that promise the world you will more likely then not be handed a few teenage kids looking to score a few extra bucks.

The benefits of hiring a company to handle the catering and serving drinks are enormous. Imagine ten well dressed individuals who arrive at your home, two hours before your dinner starts and all you have to do is tell them where to set up. They bring all their own equipment, prepare the foods and best of all clear up when they done. The staff should naturally be well groomed, experienced and most importantly be extremely friendly. Doing all this while at the same time delivery a service to you and your guests that even royalty would be impressed with. It’s your money expect the best. As I’ve often been told there is no substitute for experience. Finding the perfect company with the right credentials is challenging task on its own.

Breaking the bank

Companies that are established players in the events industry as a rule should be slightly more expensive. Then taking into account the level of expertise that one should and will expect is it then worth it to go for the tried and tested? When planning a large private party the answer is a resounding yes. Taking all variables into account and knowing you can’t afford any slip ups then spending a few extra hundreds will be money well spent.

Age before beauty

Companies that have been in the events business for many years are your best option. They may cost slightly more but then at lest they know what it is they doing and how they should be doing it. Understanding client’s needs are vital and there’s a reason why some companies even after twenty years have not closed their doors. These companies normally have their own equipment, trained staff and event coordinators that will piece by piece set up what will sure to be a fantastic party.

Remember the key to a successful private party will be knowing the date well in advance. This allows the individual time to compare prices and find out who really will fit the bill as the crème De la crème. As always with such companies the best ones are normally the ones you would hear about when having lunch with a friend, word of mouth. It’s no surprise then when talking about these companies nine out of ten times they are the ones who have been operating the longest. Therefore one only has to presume there’s a reason why. Therefore holding a private party at your home is only a phone call away.
