It's either something that you have been doing for a long time or you can simply make a thorough research on it. It is hard to fool people with just plain words. You have to effectively show them that you know what you are talking about. Only with that can you convince people to do what you want them to do or believe the things that you are telling them.

2. Always be direct. You must understand that e-book writing is all about being direct, short, and concise. Only when you are direct with your message that your readers can easily and quickly understand what you are trying to impart to them. You must also be short and concise because that is the best and fastest way that you can tell people about a certain topic. Remember that you are writing an e-book, a medium that is easily closed and deleted. So within that short time span of your reader focused on your book, you must be as effective as you can possibly can in conveying your message.

3. Put images on your e-book. Just because it is an e-book it does not mean it should only comprise of words. People love to look at pretty pictures, something we have long been trained to do with all those children's book when we were young. Use graphs or charts to better illustrate what you are telling your readers. And don't make your graphics bland, either. Make them as colorful as you can without being too obtrusive compared to the text, which is after all still the most important part of the e-book.

With much practice, you will find that e-book writing is not really a hard thing to do. It just requires that you do it often so you can easily get the hang of it. Just don't forget to first understand your topic at hand, the readers that will be buying or using your e-book, and the amount of information that you can and should include in your book.
