Every lead that one may deal with is unique and should therefore be separately. Leads should be handled according to both priority and also time sensitivity. As a result, distributing a lead correctly from the beginning is paramount.

The most successful programs are very organized when it comes to dealing with different leads. Giving all leads the same amount of attention will not yield the best success. Instead, truly successful companies distribute leads in an optimized manner and devote varying amounts of time to different leads. Companies take every effort to collect leads, and so it makes sense that every lead gathered should be given the best attention.

Contacting sales prospects quickly and efficiently can have very positive effect on conversion rate. In fact, studies show that contacting a sales prospect within 30 minutes can increase close ratios by 40 percent. Solid lead distribution software can help a company beat competition to every sales prospect. It can also eliminate lag between lead reception, contact, and eventual closing.

Lead distribution software can also ensure that the right people are dealing with the right lead. (Bad things happen when the wrong company representative is talking to the wrong lead.)
