Why spend your money buying countless books of human personal opinions searching for the answer to the question. How can I have an abundant healthy life?

Operating our own business Abundant Healthy Living.com has pre-occupied my mind with that question. Define – Abundant Healthy Living.

Webster: a-bun-dance n. Ample supply; plenty; amount more than enough.

Abundance of What? Would your answer be; wealth, jewelry, fame, several homes, several cars, boats, motorcycles, travel, time, good health or even food?

The Bible contains all the information you could possibly ever need to attain a healthy life in abundance. The abundant life Jesus spoke about in John 10:10, I believe has nothing to do with money, fame or even good health, but has everything to do with Jesus!

Allow me to explain.

When you accept Jesus into your heart and choose to follow him, I believe that healthy living in abundance is the result. It is something that we do not immediately understand, but is a gift that will take us the rest of our lives to appreciate and have to the fullest.

Our total being (who we are) will require cleanliness.

Remember the three monkeys? See no evil, hear no evil, speak no evil and I would add a fourth, eat no evil. WOW if we could only live our lives that way. The Good News is that we can! Power for living life in abundance comes from the Holy Spirit, a gift that Jesus promised us all to receive when we repent of our sins and believe and trust in him Luke 24:49. You can now live on the FRUIT of the Spirit, which is: Love, Joy, Peace, Patience, Kindness, Goodness, Faithfulness, Gentleness, and self-control. Here there is no conflict with the law. Those who belong to Christ Jesus have nailed the passions and desires of their sinful nature to his cross and crucified them there. If we are living now by the Holy Spirit, let us follow the Holy Spirit’s leading in every part of our lives. Let us not become conceited, or irritate one another, or be jealous of one another. Galatians 5:22-26 NLT

When I think of Abundant Healthy Living, a very special person comes to my mind, my grandmother Bubba. After coming to America and settling in a little town in Ohio with her husband, speaking very little English, raising 5 girls and 3 boys and having very little to live on. Raising her family was her life. She never worked outside of the home. I don’t think she ever considered her family poor. Her life was simple and most peaceful. I am sure if she could look at my office with computers, and all the gadgets she would still smile but just shake her head. Our life is far from simple isn’t it? What I remember most was her disposition. She was always pleasant, always smiling, and I never heard her raise her voice or get angry. She read her Bible a lot and you could just tell that she trusted in God completely. She lived a Fruitful life into her 90’s.
