Mexico posts the greatest export opportunity for every US beverage company large and small. It has all the ingredients of a great customer. It has a great infrastructure including roads and ports to ship truckloads of products, many beverage distributors selling to supermarkets and convenience stores and more than 500,000 stores willing and able to buy new products throughout Mexico.

Not only that, but Mexico is one of the largest consumers of beverages in the world per capita and as a country including soda, flavored water, energy drinks and beer.

Beverage exports to Mexico are underrepresented with a mere $147,000,000 per year being exported from the USA to Mexico. This shows a Trade Deficit of $2 Billion Dollars in Beverage.

MexicoBeverage.com tries to help and educate US Beverage Companies on how to export sell and export to Mexico through importers, distributors and large retail chains.

“Now more than ever there is a great opportunity to export to Mexico with the emergence of the New Age Beverages that include Energy Drinks” said Jorge Olson, Managing Partner of Liquid Brands Management, Inc. “Mexico is growing immensely in this category and the only product selling at a national level is Red Bull. Monster Energy Drink and Rockstar Energy Drink just started to penetrate the market”.

Now the exports are not necessarily a good measure of the Mexican thirst for US drinks. It’s just that the majority of US beverages are bottled in Mexico. All of the large national brands like Coca Cola and Pepsi Cola, Squirt, Gatorade, Fanta, Orange Crush, and the other name brands are all bottled in Mexico and have their own established distribution channels. The real opportunity is for small and medium sized brands.

Mexico is a great consumer of USA products, especially beverages. Part of the problem is finding out about the products. What sells, how much, where and how are typical questions. Now there is a single consolidated place to find all of the information related to the Mexican Beverage Industry.

It is amazing the appetite Mexico has for USA beverages. Especially water, soda and new age beverages. For example, New Age Beverages are growing up to 1,000 per year because the category is so new. Even large players like Monster Beverage and Rockstar energy drink are just starting with their national distribution efforts. The only one with national distribution right now is Red Bull.

MexicoBeverage.com will help US Beverage Companies get information on the Mexican beverage industry and export their existing and new beverages to Mexico. The next step for this portal is to list US companies that want to export and connect them with importers and distributors looking for new products.

Visit MexicoBeverage.com to find sales information, how to export, how Mexican stores are categorized, and thorough consumer information on the following beverages:

- Energy Drinks and New Age Beverages
- Sodas
- Beer
- Water
- Wine
- Coffee
