If you are considering buying a one bedroom condominium or townhome in San Diego, look at the list below to identify communities that fall within your price range. As you search for properties in the San Diego MLS, consider limiting your search to the areas that contain the type of property you desire and in a price range you can manage.

1 BEDROOM CONDOMINIUMS AND TOWNHOMES - $100,000 TO $200,000

The following communities generally have condominiums and townhomes in the $100,000 to $200,000 price range.

Alpine, Chula Vista, City Heights, College Grove, El Cajon, Encanto, Escondido, Golden Hill, Lakeside, La Mesa, Logan Heights, National City, Ocean Beach, Oceanside. Rancho San Diego, San Marcos, and Spring Valley.

1 BEDROOM CONDOMINIUMS AND TOWNHOMES - $200,000 TO $300,000

The following communities generally have condominiums and townhomes in the $200,000 to $300,000 price range.

University City, Allied Gardens, Bonita, Carlsbad, Carmel Mountain Ranch, Carmel Valley, Clairemont, Clairemont Mesa, Del Cerro, Del Mar, Encinitas, Fallbrook, La Jolla, Lemon Grove, Linda Vista, Mira Mesa, Mission Beach, Mission Hills, Mission Valley, Imperial Beach, Normal Heights, North Park, Old Town, Otay Mesa, Pacific Beach, Paradise Hills, Ramona, Rancho Bernardo, Rancho Penasquitos, Sabre Springs, San Carlos, San Ysidro, Santee, Scripps Ranch and Vista.

1 BEDROOM CONDOMINIUMS AND TOWNHOMES - $300,000 TO $400,000

The following communities generally have condominiums and townhomes in the $300,000 to $400,000 price range.

Downtown San Diego, Olivehain, Point Loma, Solana Beach, Sorrento Valley, and Tierrasanta.

1 BEDROOM CONDOMINIUMS AND TOWNHOMES - $500,000 TO $600,000

The following communities generally have condominiums and townhomes in the $500,000 to $600,000 price range.

Coronado and Rancho Santa Fe.
