Rent A Place In Spain

Location

One of the greatest benefits of renting property in El Campello must be the fact that it is an area of outstanding natural beauty. North of Alicante, El Campello is a quiet coastal village with a view of miles of pearly, white beaches. El Campello was a Bronze Age settlement and the mountain villages that are dotted around the area are all steeped in history. Despite general modernisation of the Costs Blanca, El Campello has managed to remain largely as it was. The inhabitants have preserved their town and way of life, but have also incorporated a truly cosmopolitan feel.

If you want to enjoy the beach in Spain, but don’t want the hordes of tourists, then El Campello is the perfect alternative, as it doesn’t show any signs of the effects of mass tourism. Nonetheless, all the usual tourist facilities are within easy reach. There is a wide variety of water sports on offer, including diving, snorkelling, waterskiing, windsurfing and sailing. The El Campello Marina sits at one end of the bay, offering both a lively fish market and a selection of excellent restaurants to suit everyone’s tastes.

Private

Apart from the warm climate and the breath-taking scenery, another benefit to renting property in El Campello is the fact that you can come and go as you please. Unlike a hotel, you have the place to yourself and you don’t have to worry about coming back late or handing in keys to reception every time you go out. You’ll never get woken up by the cleaners and you don’t have to adhere to set meal times, since you cater for yourself.

Easy to get around

El Campello has excellent road and rail connections to the surrounding areas or you can even take the tram, which runs from Alicante to El Campello. There is a tram every 20 to 30 minutes. Alicante airport is 30 minutes away. Using public transport is not expensive and it’s well worth taking a train or tram ride just for the views.
