I spend most of the day on the job sitting at my desk and usually have a backache by the time I get home. Sometimes it is so bad I can hardly sit anymore. I had seen those back massagers in the store but just figured they were some kind of gimmick and wouldn’t really help my back problem. Boy was I ever wrong. Those things are downright heavenly. I really like having a back massager now and use it practically every day.

The first back massager I got was one of those little wooden ones. It was a Christmas present, and while I appreciated the thought, I figured it was just one of those things that were actually worthless but look cute enough to pass as a good gift. Well, I used it on my back and wow, I could not believe the difference it made. My back pain eased considerably and I even felt like I had more energy.

I went on about that little massager and praised it so much that when the next Christmas rolled around, I got a massage chair. Talk about a dream. It was a heated shiatsu back massager chair with all kinds of cool features. It vibrated and emitted heat and had rollers which would go up and down my spin. It even had finger like things that would knead at my back. Well I was truly in heaven after that let me tell you.

So now when I get home from work I can sit in my chair and get a nice massage and I am able to sit up the rest of the evening. I no longer have to lay down as soon as I get home. I can’t tell you enough how much the back massager has helped me. If you have stress and back problems then check out a back massager chair. I think you will really like it.
