Arranging living room furniture is not an easy task when it comes to the room where you got to entertain guests and important delegates. You would certainly want the furniture to be best and affordable. However this tedious and complex task can become easy by following certain steps from your side.

Steps to arrange living room wooden and steel furniture

a)Measure the dimensions accurately with a tape.

b)Draw the outline to scale on graph paper.

c)Always mark anything that would affect the arrangement you desire such as electricity, light switches, doors, winds, spas etc.

d)Prepare scale paper cut outs of your living room furniture and shift them on the room.

e)Select a focal point of your room furniture and shift them on the room drawing as needed until a likely arrangement emerges.

f)Concentrate arranging the furniture in such a way that pieces viewed as a unit don’t offer huge variance in height and mass as the eye sweeps the room.

g)You must give importance on setting up, cozy conversation areas so that you can easily entertain your guests.

h)The placement of the sofa must be in a non perpendicular angle to the walls. This would offer a dramatic effect.

i)There must be at least a minimum of 18 to 24 inches space left for traffic lanes.

Keeping these points in mind would make your room arrange in a proper manner.
