Are you looking to relocate? If so, there is a good chance that you do not want to relocate to just anywhere, but to an area of the world where you will not only find excitement, but peace and quite. If you are looking for a relaxing, peaceful, beautiful, yet exciting place to live, you are urged to examine the Costa Rica real estate market, namely the Catalina Cove Development. Whether you are looking for a new place to retire and live the rest of your life or something to investment your money in, Costa Rica is sure to have not only what you want, but also what you need.

Whether you have traveled the world or stayed close to home, there is a good chance that you have heard of Costa Rica before. Costa Rica is most commonly associated with vacations, but it is also an amazing place to live, especially if you choose the right area to live in. As previously mentioned, if you are looking for peace and beauty, all rolled into one, you are urged to give the Catalina Cove Development some serious thought. After a close examination, you will likely find that there is no other place on Earth that you would rather be.

The Catalina Cove Development is located on two hundred and forty acres of beautiful land. That land is as beautiful as nature intended it to be. The beauty of the land that surrounds the development is one of the many reasons why the Catalina Cove Development is incomparable. The development is situated across the street from the shoreline, but it is also located within close proximity to the mountains. There are very few housing developments, anywhere else in the world, which could literally give you the best of both worlds.

The Catalina Cove Development is often referred to as one of the most beautiful housing developments in all of Costa Rica. In addition to the positioning of the development, you will find the homes, themselves, absolutely amazing. The Catalina Cove Development has a large selection of homes to choose from, including exclusive luxury homes. Along the outside perimeter of Catalina Cove, you will find the Courtyards at Catalina Cove. The Courtyards at Catalina Cove are forty-five luxury homes. These are not just any traditional homes. The homes not only come with an optional “casita,” but they also come with a 775 square foot enclosed courtyard and an electric car (golf cart).

Although you may be impressed with the Courtyards at Catalina Cove, there is an alternative, if you wish to have one. The interior perimeter of the Catalina Cove Development is filled with seventy-five estate lots. Each of these estate lots sit on land no less than 1.25 acres. Essentially, this means that you will be given maximum privacy, but you are also close enough to socialize with your neighbors, if you choose to do so. As previously mentioned, the Catalina Cove Development is situated between beautiful beaches and amazing mountains; therefore, your home is strategically situated to take advantage of the tranquil mountain views yet is within 4 blocks of the world-famous Playa Conchal beaches.

Despite the fact that the Catalina Cove Developments is enough to make you want to relocate to Costa Rica, you may be looking for more. If so, you got it. The development is just minutes away from the Melia Conchal Resort. That Melia Conchal Resort is a five star resort that is equipped with a Robert Trent Jones, Jr. designed golf course. The Flamingo Marina is also minutes away. In addition to the amazing sites and facilities that can currently be found around the Catalina Cove Development area, more will soon be added. In fact, it was recently announced, by Hyatt Resorts International, that a hundred million dollar hotel resort, equipped with an eighteen hole golf course, will soon start construction. Once the construction is completed, on the Hyatt Resorts International project, you will have even more fun, with additional nearby activities to choose from.

If the Catalina Cove Development or the Courtyards at Catalina Cove peaks your interest, you are advised to request additional information. This information will not only provide you with additional Costa Rica benefits, but it will also likely provide you with updated, available Costa Rica property listings. Listing that will likely tug at your heart.
