People are discovering you can not only incorporate an out-of-state company, you can create a virtual office connected to anyplace in the United States, and other parts of the world. This may sound like some sort of massive undertaking, but it’s really easy and you can decide how far you really need to go. This is an added basis for business people from all over the world who would like to take advantage of the globalized economy and set up a business with a U.S. based incorporation and mail and office facilities without a major expense. The real advantage of such a program is that it can go from the minimal mail receiving facilities, to a virtual office and far beyond, according to your means.

You start by having a mail drop. This is a secure location, where you can receive mail, rent a post box and have mail forwarded to your base of operations on a regular basis. Services go from forwarding your mail on a periodic basis to more elaborate services where a trusted clerk examines your mail, catalogs it and emails you the addresses of the sender. Or just as easily, mail can be opened or copied from the outside, and have this information faxed to your location. Also available is advance services, to actually have mail opened, scanned and forwarded to you by email. This is a rapid operation, ensuring you get your latest mail (minus the obvious junk mail) in a nearly instantaneous manner. You can even decide to get the junk mail to if you really want it.

Favorite locations to put your incorporation and your other operations include Delaware and Nevada, for their well known no tax benefits. Of course, for certain clientele and industries, other locations may have more prestige. For example, if you deal with Hollywood, you may want to have a Los Angeles Calif. address. If you are involved with the garment center, the diamond district or other businesses, you may want to have a New York City, NY address. For, no corporate tax, no personal state tax and real protection of corporate secrets (the corporate veil), the State of Nevada cannot be beat. While the state of Nevada does not require you to have a street address or office in the state, it’s amazing how easily these benefits can be obtained, to some degree in reality, but definitely “virtually”. The only street address the state of Nevada requires a corporation to have is the street address of the resident agent.

Various companies have options where you can not only receive your mail at an office address, but have a conference room available for corporate meetings, conferences to network with Nevada customers and even business people from all over the world, but close to your Nevada “virtual” hub. Other office facilities that are often available include office cubicles with telephone extension, fax machine and computer, and even the option of appointing a “local rep” from the mail box location, in order to transact legal business as necessary in the state.
