1. Quit bad habits
It’s true that smoking and drinking makes us feel good but those bad habits will never let you look younger. Through studies it has been found that one of the prime reason behind the premature aging is smoking. If you smoke and drink lots of alcohol each day then you will face dehydration, elasticity, premature aging, wrinkles, loss of collagen, and redness of skin. Get rid of this bad habit as soon as possible. Your skin and body will thank you for this.
2. Reduce sun exposure
It doesn’t mean that you should avoid the sun completely. You must spend a little time in the sun to get vitamin D. Spending too much time in sun is bad for your skin and lead to wrinkles, premature aging and skin cancer. Always use a sunscreen with a high SPF factor before going out in sun. You must use sunscreen on both cloudy and rainy days.
3. Wash your face twice a day
Sometimes you are too lazy to wash your face in the morning and too lazy to remove your makeup before going to bed. This is one of worst habit which cause premature aging and wrinkles. 4. Take care of your neck, shoulders and hands

5. Don’t touch your face
To avoid acne and premature aging keep your hands away from your face and neck. Don’t rub your eyes and scratch your nose. The skin near your eyes is very delicate so don’t touch it. While applying eye cream, avoid rubbing it.
6. Get enough sleep
Whether you are sleeping more than 8 or less than 6 you are causing more damage to your skin. Your body exactly needs more than 7-8 hours of sleep to get repaired. One of the important rules to avoid premature aging is to get 8 hours of sleep and don’t go to bed later than 11 pm. When you go to bed later than midnight and get 8 hours of sleep then you may find premature wrinkles and facial lines on your face. It is because the most regenerative sleep occurs between 10 pm and 2 am. It’s hard to go to bed at 10 pm but it’s quite possible to fall asleep at 11 pm.
Your sleeping position also plays an important role behind premature aging and wrinkles. Avoid sleeping on your side and face, try to sleep on your back.
