Like lots of things to do with the law of attraction, the Quantum Cookbook promises a lot. In a nutshell, it tells you that it will fill in the gaps left by the movie "The Secret" and that it will help you manifest all sorts of good things into your life.
Let's start with the mention of "The Secret".
This movie - and the associated other products - has probably done more to popularize the law of attraction than most other things in recent years. It's a good thing to watch but it definitely leaves stuff out. If you just watch it, you're left with the impression that you simply have to set your vibration at the right level and you're almost guaranteed to manifest whatever it is into your life.
Let's get real here: that's highly unlikely to happen. Almost everything in life needs at least a bit of effort put into it. And whilst the bigger things may not need proportionately more effort, they still require at least some effort.
The Quantum Cookbook goes a very long way to filling in the little - and not so little - gaps that The Secret conveniently left. So, yes, it does fulfil this promise.
It is also well explained. You can go into the theory behind the law of attraction and satisfy the part of your brain that needs reasoning to help it get over the culture shock that you need to change the way you think about things and that you've basically been thinking "wrong" all these years.
The second major claim of the Quantum Cookbook is that you'll learn the real secrets of manifesting anything you want in life.
That's a big claim.
If it was 100% true then everyone who'd read and implemented the Quantum Cookbook's take on the law of attraction would be a multi-millionaire with a near perfect partner and a close to perfect life.
Of course, that first caveat - implementing the ideas in the report - will rule out a lot of people. We all start with good intentions about most everything and then life gets in the way.
The law of attraction is no exception to that.
But you could easily implement the ideas in the Quantum Cookbook to get over your own lack of belief. A kind of mind alchemists dream - using the power of your mind to improve the power of your mind.
On balance, I'd say that the Quantum Cookbook isn't a scam. It's a real life blueprint for putting the law of attraction into practice in your everyday life.
Take the time to follow the routines and listen to the MP3s and you'll be well on your way to changing the way you think about the law of attraction - and most everything else - for the better. Give it a trial and I'm pretty certain that you'll notice a positive change in your attitude in quite a short space of time. It's a great way to put the law of attraction into practice.
