Easter is the second-most important Christian festival, right behind Christmas The purpose of the festival has traditionally been to explore certain deep concepts of Christianity and human existence In fact, all four parts of the festival- Lent, Eucharist, Crucifixion, and Resurrection- have their own purposes, which are mentioned below:
The purpose of Lent is to cultivate your will through self-denial
The purpose of Eucharist is to share love among others through a memorial object
The purpose of Crucifixion is to teach affirmation of life through defeat, sacrifice, and forgiveness
The purpose of Resurrection is to learn about recovery and returning what was lost before
All the above lessons are found in other religions as well, but there are only a few that teach all of them in a single event...
